Refund policy

Refund Policy: To return your item for an exchange of equal or lesser value or for credit, you will be responsible for paying return shipping fees and a tracking number must be sent to hautethingus@gmail.com once assigned at the time of drop off. Return shipping fees will only be waived due to incorrect item being received. All returns must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your item. Item must be returned in original condition, and tags intact to receive full credit amount or exchange. Shipping and handling fees from inital order will not be credited or refunded. No refunds will be issued.
